After further review, the ruling on the field stands.......
Don't you just love late summer and early fall. There is so much going on in the sports world....... golf season is winding down, baseball pennant chases are heating up and the start of football, both college and the pro game, are dominating the discussion. The grill room is never better than right now so make sure you pay a visit after your next round.
After all, with all the sports action to discuss, you don't even have to listen to that idiot in your group who wants to replay everyone of his shots at the bar even though you just spent 5 hours with this nitwit on the golf course.... And to make matters worse, you just lost your match to him by three putting from 10 feet on the last hole.
Well the day is not a total loss yet, not when your fantasy team(s) are kicking butt and Sunday night is now football night in America.... being patriotic Americans, you know the family and I are watching.
Remember those fancy Sunday dinners at your house growing up? I do, remember how they sucked, well not anymore, at our house its all about eating with your hands, drinking beer (adults only) and working the remote like a maniac, you know the drill football, football, golf, and back to football.
"Hey kids get my laptop, I can't get off the couch and I think that guy who just scored is on one of my fantasy teams......"
Survey: What was more objectionable? Boo Weekley's butchering of the English language or his white socks with black shoes on Ryder Cup Sunday?
